Our Four-Step Process:

➔ Define the Scope
We start by clarifying what needs to be collected: Units to be Surveyed, Types of Equipment (refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, PTACs, central HVAC, etc.), Specific Data Points

➔ Select Tools & Format
We determine the right method to capture data using customized reporting tools for what the property needs including photo documentation.

➔ Site Inspection & Data Collection
Within 60 days of signing the agreement, Konjo Consulting will conduct an on-site visual inspection. We will enter each unit and record appliance data, noting any missing or non-functioning equipment along the way.

➔ Report & Review
Once our inspections are complete, we will format the data for clarity and consistency. We will identify gaps, duplicates, or anomalies. We will deliver the final report and review on a conference call with your team.
